In order to improve the capacity and quality of medical staff working in the front line of AHRN’s projects, clinical and blood testing training for nurses has been conducted from 14/06/2018 to 16/06/2018 in Mandalay. 33 Nurses, Nurse-Counselors, Health Assistant and Nurse in charge from all AHRN projects attend the training. Dr. Aung Yu Naing, Health Director provided the topics on HIV and TB Nursing care; Dr. Kyaw Thu Hein, Program Coordinator (Health Affairs) on cold chain management, Hepatitis B, C, MMT and Drug addiction; Ma Lea Lea Cho (Laboratory Coordinator) provided the training on blood testings related SOPs, quality control and documentation.
AHRN ၏ ေရွ႕တန္းတြင္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ေနေသာ က်န္းမာေရး၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိိုင္မႈစြမ္းရည္ ႏွင့္ အရည္ အေသြးတိုးတက္လာေစရန္အတြက္ သူနာျပဳမ်ားႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ေသာကုသမႈဆိုင္ရာ ႏွင့္ ေသြးစစ္ေဆးေရးဆိုင္ရာ သင္တန္း တစ္ခုကို မႏ ၱေလးၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ၁၄၊၀၆၊၂၀၁၈ မွ ၁၆၊၀၆၊၂၀၁၈ အထိ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ AHRN ၏ စီမံခ်က္အသီးသီးမွ သူနာျပဳမ်ား၊ ႏွစ္သိမ့္ေဆြးေႏြးေပးေသာ သူနာျပဳမ်ား၊ က်န္းမာေရးမွဴး ႏွင့္ သူနာျပဳ တာ၀န္ခံ ၃၃ ဦး တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ေဒါက္တာ ေအာင္ယုႏိုင္ (က်န္းမာေရး ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး) မွ ခုခံက် ေရာဂါအေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ တီဘီေရာဂါအေၾကာင္းကို လည္းေကာင္း၊ ေဒါက္တာ ေက်ာ္သူဟိန္း (စီမံကိန္း ညိွႏႈိင္းေရးမွဴး (က်န္းမာေရးဆိုင္ရာ)) မွ အေအးခန္းေဆးပစၥည္း သိုေလွာင္မႈအေၾကာင္း၊ အသည္းေရာင္ အသား၀ါ ဘီပိုး စီပိုး အေၾကာင္း၊ မက္သဒုန္း ေဆးအေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ မူးယစ္ေဆးစြဲလန္းျခင္းအေၾကာင္းတို႔ကို လည္းေကာင္း၊ မလဲ့လဲ့ခ်ိဳ (ဓာတ္ခြဲခန္းဆိုင္ရာ ညွိႏိႈင္းေရးမွဴး) မွာ ေသြးစစ္ျခင္းဆိုင္ရာ လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းမ်ား၊ အရည္အေသြး ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားႏွင့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းျပဳစုထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္း အေၾကာင္းတို႔ကိုလည္းေကာင္း သင္ၾကားပို႔ခ်ေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။
