Counseling သင်တန်းကျင်းပခြင်း

နို၀င်ဘာလ ၁၉ ရက် နှင့် ၂၀ ရက် နေ့များတွင် ကချင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ် နှင့် စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း မှ AHRN ဝန်ထမ်းများဖြစ်ကြသော Peer Counselors, Counselors, Nurse-Counselors and Counseling Officers များကို “Refresher Counseling Training” သင်တန်းကို Microsoft Team Application အသုံးပြုပြီး အွန်လိုင်းမှကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။

အဆိုပါသင်တန်းသို့ AHRN ဝန်ထမ်းများဖြစ်ကြသော Peer Counselors, Counselors, Nurse-Counselors and Counseling Officers စုစုပေါင်း (၈၃)ယောက် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။

မသဇင်သန်းနိုင် Program Coordinator (Counseling) မှ “Index Testing and Partner Notification ဆိုသည်မှာ အဘယ်နည်း၊ ဘာကြောင့် Index Testing and Partner Notification လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်အရေးကြီးသနည်း၊ ၁၀ ဆင့်သော Index Testing လုပ်ဆောင်ပုံအဆင့်ဆင့်၊ ရင်းနှီးသူများ (လက်တွဲဖော်များ) ၏ အကြမ်းဖက်ခြင်းခံရခြင်း ရှိ၊ မရှိကို မည်သို့စမ်းစစ်မည်နည်း၊ ရှိခဲ့ပါက မည်သို့ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်မည်နည်း၊ Community Based Screening (CBS), Second 90 (ART initiation)” စသော အကြောင်းအရာများ ကို သင်ကြားပို့ချခဲ့ပါသည်။

AHRN ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် ဤသင်တန်းမှ သင်ယူလေ့လာခဲ့သည်များကို ၎င်းတို့နေထိုင်ရာ ဒေသများရှိ ပြည်သူလူထုများ ၊မူးယစ်ဆေး သုံးစွဲသူများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ မိသားစုဝင်များအား အသိပညာမျှဝေခြင်းကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားပြီး Counseling လုပ်သောအခါတွင်လည်း ထည့်သွင်းအသုံးပြုသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

အဆိုပါသင်တန်းအား Access To Health Fund (AHF) and Global Fund ရံပုံငွေအဖွဲ့မှ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီ ပါသည်။

“Virtual training on Counseling”

A lively, well attended virtual refresher counseling training, was conducted on 19th and 20th November 2020 for AHRN Peer Counselors, Counselors, Nurse-Counselors and Counseling Officers from Kachin State, Shan State and Sagaing Region. The 83 of AHRN Peer Counselors, Counselors, Nurse-Counselors and Counseling Officers proactively participated in this 2-day Virtual Counseling training.

Thazin Than Naing – Program Coordinator (Counseling) has provided training on “What is Index Testing and Partner Notification? Why it is important? 10 Steps of Index Testing, Intimate Partner Violence Risk Assessment and Response, Community Based Screening (CBS), Second 90 (ART initiation)”.

AHRN staff will apply the gained knowledge and skills while providing counseling to community members, people who use drugs (PWID) and their family members.

This Training is funded by Access to Health Fund and Global Fund
