TB health education session was conducted by Moe Pyae Pyae Win, a community prevention worker from Best Shelter at Twon Pin village, Mawlaik township, on February 10, 2024. The session, marked by informative discussions and interactive engagement, aimed to equip local residents with vital knowledge and strategies to combat tuberculosis within their community. Attendees of the session had the opportunity to learn about the symptoms, transmission, and prevention of TB, how to produce high-quality sputum samples, and the importance of early detection and seeking proper medical care through engaging presentations and open dialogue. Moreover, HIV and TB educational pamphlets were distributed after the HE session, and the available services of AHRN and Best Shelter were also introduced.
