ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ်ဆေးရုံတွင် MMT-ART ဆေးခန်းဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်း

ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် AHRN Myanmar တို့ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ်ဆေးရုံတွင် MMT-ART ဆေးခန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခန်း အနား ကို ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် သြဂုတ်လ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့မနက် ၉ နာရီအချိန်တွင် ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ်ဆေးရုံ အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။
MMT-ART ဆေးခန်းကို ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ်ဆေးရုံတွင် စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပြီး မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးသုံးစွဲသူများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ လိင်ဆက်ဆံဖော်များ၊ လိင်လုပ်သားများ၊ လူငယ်များနှင့် ပြည်သူလူထုများကို HIVပိုးသွေးစစ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် ART ဆေးပေးခြင်းအပါအဝင်၊ မက်သာဒုန်းတိုက်ကျွေးခြင်း ၊မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့်ဆက်နွယ်သော အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါးရေးနှင့် အခြေခံ ကျန်းမာရေး ပြုစုစောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို စတင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားကို မနက် ၉ နာရီခွဲတွင်စတင်ခဲ့ပြီး ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ် ဆရာဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာ ကိုကိုနိုင်မှ အဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါ သည်။ ထို့နောက် အတိုင်ပင်ခံစိတ်ကျန်းမာရေးအထူးကုဆရာဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာပြည့်ပြည့်ဖြိုး(မုံရွာ ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံကြီး)မှ မူးယစ်ဆေးစွဲခြင်း သည် ကျန်းမာရေးပြသနာဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြည်သူလူထုအားလုံးမှ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်မှ မက်သာဒုန်းတိုက်ကျွေးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းအောင်မြင်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ပြည်သူလူထုအနေဖြင့် အပြစ်ပေးမည့်အစားကူညီစေလိုကြောင်း ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ (ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးကော်မတီဦးစီးဌာန၊ ခရိုင်ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ရုံး စသည့်) နှင့် အရပ်ဘက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ရပ်မိရပ်ဖများတက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့်ဆက်နွယ်သော အန္တရာယ်များ၊ နောက်ဆက်တွဲ ဆိုးကျိုးများနှင့် အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါး ရေးဆိုင်ရာအောင်မြင်မှု၊ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို အကောင်းဆုံးရင်ဆိုင်ဖြေရှင်းရန် နည်းလမ်းများစသည် တို့ကို အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပြီး နေ့လည် ၁၁ နာရီခွဲတွင်အခမ်း အနားပြီးဆုံးခဲ့ပါသည်။
ယခုအချိန်အခါတွင် COVID-19 ကပ်ရောဂါသည် တစ်ကမ္ဘာဝှမ်းလုံး တွင်ဖြစ်ပွားလျက်ရှိပြီး အာရုံစိုက်မှုအများအပြားရလျက်ရှိသော်လည်း မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးသုံးစွဲသူများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏လိင်ဆက်ဆံဖော်များ၊ လိင်လုပ် သားများနှင့် လူငယ်များကြားတွင် HIV ရောဂါ၊ TB ရောဂါ၊ ဆေးလွန်ခြင်း စသည့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကိုလည်းတုံ့ပြန်ဖြေရှင်းရန် အလွန်အရေးကြီးလှပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် AHRN- Myanmar နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာနတို့ပူးပေါင်းပြီး မက်သာဒုန်းတိုက်ကျွေးခြင်းနှင့်ART ဆေးပေးခြင်းတို့ တစ်ပြိုင်တည်းလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်သောဆေးခန်းကို ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ်ဆေးရုံတွင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီး ပြီးပြည့်စုံသောအန္တရာယ်လျှော့ပါးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို ထီးချိုင့်တစ်မြို့နယ်လုံးတွင် AHRN မှ ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်းများမှ လုပ်ဆောင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ထီးချိုငိ့မြို့နယ် အထွေထွေရောဂါကုဆေးရုံ အတွက် AHRN အင်းတော်စီမံကိန်းမှ ဝန်ထမ်းများစုပေါင်း၍ငွေတစ်သိန်းကိုလည်းဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်စွာလှူဒါန်းခဲ့ပါသည်။
AHRN အနေဖြင့် ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ပေးလျက်ရှိသော #UHF #CPI နှင့် #UNAIDS အား အထူးပင်ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါသည်။
Latest News! Opening of the MMT-ART clinic in Tigyaing in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Sport

AHRN-Myanmar held the opening ceremony of the MMT-ART clinic in Tigyaing in the meeting room of Tigyaing Township Hospital on 21.8.20. We are proud to report that we will offer a comprehensive package of harm reduction and primary health care to the drug users and their sexual partners, sex workers, youth, and community.
The opening ceremony speech was held by Dr. Ko Ko Naing (Township Medical Officer, Tigyaing), after which Dr. Pyait Pyait Phyo( Senior Consultant, Psychiatrists, Monywa General Hospital) explained that drug dependency is a health problem and urged that all the community support the methadone program to make this a success, will ask the community to support people who struggle with drug use and not punish them.
Local officials and the local communities attended the ceremony and discussed the harms related to drug use and the concept of harm reduction. Now, the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the world, participants were interested to learn about this. While at the same time also in Tigyaing many people are impacted by HIV, TB, and there and overdose cases among the drug users and their partner, sex workers, and youth.
To confront the drugs and health consequences, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Sport, AHRN-Myanmar has opened the MMT-ART one-stop-shop clinic at the Tigyaing Township hospital, where AHRN health staffs will provide a comprehensive package of harm reduction to the Tigyaing Township. AHRN Indaw project staff has proudly donated 1 lakh to support the Tigyaing General Hospital.
