The Best Shelter team, comprising two outreach workers, two community prevention workers, and twenty community members, recently carried out harm reduction activities with various objectives. These activities aimed to enhance public awareness of harm reduction practices and to promote the services offered by AHRN and Best Shelter. 

The team’s efforts included affixing harm reduction vinyl in public spaces, local shops, and along major thoroughfares. Additionally, they distributed educational pamphlets and conducted health education sessions within the communities of Aung Zayar ward and A Yar Shi ward in Mawlaik township.  

Leading the activities was outreach worker Win Thint Tun from Best Shelter, who facilitated an informative session on harm reduction practices and the services provided by AHRN and Best Shelter. Accompanying him was community prevention worker Thwin Htoo San, who delivered health education sessions on HIV and TB. Following the sessions, participants received educational pamphlets and refreshments as tokens of appreciation for their participation 

Through these harm reduction activities, public awareness of harm reduction can be raised and support services promoted. Health education sessions provide preventive knowledge on HIV and TB. Community engagement fosters trust and empowerment for positive change.

အဆိုပါမူးယစ်အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် အများသူငှာနေရာများ၊ စေ◌ျးဆိုင်များ၊ ရွာလမ်းမကြီး ဘေးများတွင် မူးယစ်အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါးရေးဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာပေးဗီနိုင်းများကပ်ခြင်း၊ ရပ်ရွာနေလူထုအား အသိပညာပေးလက်ကမ်းစာစောင်များဝေငှပေးခြင်း၊ မော်လိုက်မြို့နယ်ရှိ အောင်ဇေယျရပ်ကွက်နှင့် အရာရှိရပ်ကွက်များတွင် ကျန်းမာရေးအသိပညာပေးဟောပြောပွဲများ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်းစသည့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

မူးယစ်အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို Best Shelter (အရိပ်စစ်)အဖွဲ့၏ကွင်းဆင်းဝန်ထမ်း ဝင်းသစ်ထွန်းမှ ဦးဆောင်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးအသိပညာပေးဟောပြောပွဲများ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း၊ ဟောပြောပွဲတတ်ရောက်လာကြသူများအား လက်ကမ်းစာစောင်များဝေပေးခြင်း၊ အချိုရည်၊ အအေးများကျွေးမွေးခြင်း စသည်တို့ကိုဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

ထိုကဲ့သို့မူးယစ်အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအား ရပ်ရွာများအတွင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပြည်သူလူထု၏ ကျန်းမာရေးဗဟုသုတများကိုမြင့်တတ်စေခြင်း၊ AHRN (နားခိုရာ)နှင့် Best Shelter (အရိပ်စစ်)အဖွဲ့တို့မှ ပေးနေသော ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအကြောင်း ရပ်ရွာလူထုအတွင်း ပိုမိုနားလည်သိရှိစေခြင်း စသည့်အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများအပြင် ပညာပေးဟောပြောပွဲများမှတဆင့်  ကူးစက်ရောဂါများဖြစ်သည့် HIV နှင့် TB ရောဂါကူးစက်မှုများကို လျော့ချပေးနိုင်ခြင်း၊ ပြည်သူလူထု၏ပူးပေါင်း ပါဝင်မှုဖြင့်အပြုသဘောဆောင်သည့် ကျန်းမာရေးတိုးတတ်မှု အားကောင်းစေခြင်း စသည့်အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများကို ရရှိစေပါသည်။
