A refresher Training for AHRN Laboratory Technicians was conducted in AHRN Yangon Head Office on 17 & 18 November. The training was led by Lea Lea Cho (Medical Technologist-AHRN) with the main objectives to update and strengthen laboratory techniques, SOP on lab investigations & quality control procedures, laboratory waste management and safety precautions, standardizing laboratory reporting system, filing system, giving TOT on Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDTs) especially for HIV and Hepatitis B, and sharing information of Gene X pert testing & HIV Viral load testing.
During the training, the new biochemistry machine (Humalyzer Primus) was installed, which is for base-line laboratory investigations (ALT and creatinine) for clients on ART.

ဓာတ္ခြဲခန္းနည္းပညာမ်ားႏွင့္ စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ထိေတြ႔ေနေစရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ျဖင့္ ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ AHRN စီမံခ်က္ေဆးခန္းမ်ား၏ ဓာတ္ခြဲခန္းမ်ားအတြက္(၂)ရက္တာ မြမ္းမံသင္တန္းကို ၂၀၁၆ ခုႏွစ္၊ ႏို၀င္ဘာလ ၁၇ ႏွင့္ ၁၈ တြင္ ရန္ကုန္ AHRN ရံုးခ်ဳပ္တြင္ က်င္းပခဲ့ပါသည္။
