ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် AHRN တို့ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင် ရွက်သော မူးယစ်ဆေးစွဲကုသရေးဌာန ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်းနှင့် အသိပေးဆွေးနွေး ခြင်းအခမ်းအနားကို မော်လိုက်မြို့၊ ခရိုင်ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံကြီး၊ အစည်းအ ဝေးခန်းမ၌ ဇွန်လ ၁၅ရက်နေ့၊ နံနက် ၁၀နာရီတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားတွင် ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဒေါ်ချိုချိုဝင်း မှ အဖွင့်မိန့်ခွန်းနှင့်တစ်ကွ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးသုံးစွဲသူများအတွက် မက်သဒုန်း ဆေးအစားထိုးကုသမှုလုပ်ငန်းသည် အရေးကြီးကြောင်းဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနှင့် AHRN ၏ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကိုကြိုဆို ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ထို့နောက် ခရိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲ မှုကော်မတီဥက္ကဌ ဦးညီညီလွင်မှ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးအရေးကိစ္စသည် တစ်မျိုးသားလုံးနှင့်သက်ဆိုင် သော ကိစ္စရပ်ကြီးတစ်ခုဖြစ်ကြောင်း။ လက်ရှိဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသောမူးယစ် ဆေးဝါး နှင့်ဆက်နွယ်နေ သောပြဿနာရပ်များကိုဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြခဲ့သည်။ခရိုင်ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးဦးစီးဌာနမှူးဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းထွန်းမှလည်း မူးယစ်ဆေးစွဲကုသရေးဌာနဖွင့်လှစ်နိုင်ရန်ကြိုးစားဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပုံများ၊ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့်ပက်သက်သော အထင်အမြင်လွဲမှားမှုများနှင့် ကုသရေး ဆိုင်ရာ နည်းလမ်း များကိုဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် AHRN စီမံချက်မန်နေဂျာဒေါက်တာဝေယံဗိုလ်မှ AHRN မော်လိုက်ရုံး၏ လှုပ်ရှား ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် မက်သဒုန်းတိုက်ကျွေးခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် များကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ထို့နောက်မော်လိုက်ခရိုင်ပြည်သူဆေးရုံကြီးတွင် မူးယစ် ဆေးစွဲကုရေးဌာနကို ခရိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုကော်မတီ ဥက္ကဌနှင့်အတူ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စား လှယ်များ ကမှ ဖဲကြိုးဖြတ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားကိုခရိုင်မြို့နယ်အဆင့်ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ အကြီး အကဲများ၊ ခရိုင်မြို့နယ် အမျိုးသမီးရေးရာအဖွဲ့နှင့် ခရိုင်မြို့နယ်မိခင်နှင့်ကလေးစောင့်ရှောက် အသင်းတို့မှတာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ ရပ်မိရပ်ဖများစသည်ဖြင့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ အခမ်းအနားကို Global Fund ရန်ပုံငွေမှ ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီပါသည်။

 

Advocacy Meeting and Opening Ceremony of Drug Treatment Center (DTC) in Mawlaik Township

Under the leadership of the Ministry of Health and Sports (MoHS), the advocacy meeting and opening ceremony of Drug Treatment Center was held on 15th June 2020 at the Meeting Hall of District Hospital, Mawlaik Township. According to the Agenda, Daw Cho Cho Win, a member of parliament gave an opening speech of the ceremony. She said MMT is important for drug users and welcomed the coordination activities with AHRN. The District Administrator, U Nyi Nyi Lwin discussed about the drug-related issue across the Mawlaik District and stressed the importance of joint coordination of all sectors and every community to address and solve the issues at hand. The District Medical Officer, Dr. Zaw Win Htun explained his efforts for establishing the DTC in Mawlaik, the nature, and myths of drug and drug users, and better way forward in the approach for the treatment of drug users.Dr. Wai Yan Bo, Project Manager of AHRN Mawlaik explained about Mawlaik office, AHRN project activities, methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) clinic activities, and the future plans of Mawlaik AHRN office. The esteemed Daw Cho Cho Win (Member of Parliament), U Nyi Nyi Lwin (District Administrator) and local authorities of the parliament opened the Drug Treatment Center. Concluding, Dr. Wai Yan Bo Project Manager AHRN showed the dignitaries the clinic and explained the local authorities about MMT. The ceremony was attended by Government officials (MoHS, Administrative Department, District Police department, among others) and community leaders and elders.
