မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးဥပဒေ နှင့် မူဝါဒ ဆိုင်ရာ TOT သင်တန်းကျင်းပခြင်း

ဇွန်လ ၁၀ ရက်နှင့် ၁၁ ရက် နေ့များတွင် ရန်ကုန်မြို့ မောရဝတီလမ်း ခြံအမှတ်(၁၃၃-က) ရှိ အရိပ်စစ်အဖွဲ့ (Best Shelter) သင်တန်းခန်းမ၌ ကချင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်၊ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းနှင့် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းမှ AHRH ဝန်ထမ်းများအား မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး ဥပဒေ နှင့် မူဝါဒ ဆိုင်ရာ Virtual TOT သင်တန်းကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းသို့ AHRN မှ ဝန်ထမ်းစုစုပေါင်း (၂၃)ယောက် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။
ဒေါက်တာထွေးကြူမှ မူးယစ်ဆေး နှင့် အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါးရေး (Drugs and Harm reduction)၊မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး မူဝါဒကို ချဉ်းကပ်ခြင်း (Drug Policy Approach)၊ မူးယစ်ဆေး သုံးစွဲသူ လျှော့ချရေးနည်းလမ်းများ (Demand Reduction) ၊ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး ထိန်းချုပ်ရေး ကွန်ဗင်းရှင်းများ၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး နှင့် မူးယစ်ဆေးသုံးစွဲခြင်း ကို ရာဇဝတ်မှုအဖြစ်မှ ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း (Conventions, Human Rights and Decriminalization)၊ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး ဥပဒေ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်များကို သုံးသပ်ခြင်း(Amending Myanmar Drug Law) အကြောင်းအရာများ ကို သင်ကြားပို့ချခဲ့ပါသည်။
AHRN ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် ဤသင်တန်းမှ သင်ယူလေ့လာခဲ့သည်များကို ၎င်းတို့နေထိုင်ရာ ဒေသများရှိ ပြည်သူလူထု များ ၊မူးယစ်ဆေး သုံးစွဲသူများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ မိသားစုဝင်များအား အသိ ပညာမျှဝေခြင်းကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းအား GIZ မှငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့ပြီး AHRN အဖွဲ့နှင့် အရိပ်စစ်အဖွဲ့ (Best Shelter)မှ ဂုဏ်ယူစွာဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ကာ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။

“Virtual Centralised TOT training on Drug Law and Policy”

Virtual Centralised TOT training on Drugs Law and Policy, to AHRN Program Coordinator, Project Medical Coordinator and Project Manager from Kachin state, Shan State, Sagaing Region and Yangon Region was conducted on 10th, 11th June 2020 at Best Shelter Training center which is situated in 133(A), Mawyawaddy street, Mayangone Township. The 23 of AHRN staffs had actively participated in this 2 days Virtual Centralised TOT training.
Dr Htwe Kyu has provided trainings on different topics: Drugs and Harm Reduction, Drug Policy Approach, Demand Reduction, Conventions, Human Rights and Decriminalization, and Amending Myanmar Drug Law.
AHRN staffs will be conducting sharing sessions on what they have learnt with their community members (including people who use drugs and their family members).
This Training is proudly conducted by Best Shelter Training Center (Yangon), together with AHRN. It is funded by GIZ.
