Best Shelter mobile team, which included a medical coordinator, nurse, and nurse aide, provided primary health care services at Shi Laung, the rehabilitation center in Myitkyina township, Kachin State, in May 2023. A total of 25 community members received health care services. Besides, TB and HIV-suspected patients were referred to partner clinics and AHRN’s DIC for further testing and treatment.

Best Shelter (အရိပ်စစ်) အဖွဲ့မှ ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူး၊ သူနာပြု နှင့် သူနာပြူအကူတို့ပါဝင်သော ရွေ့လျားကျန်းမာ‌ရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရေးအဖွဲ့သည် ကချင်ပြည်နယ် မြစ်ကြီးနား မြို့နယ်ရှိ ရှီလောင်ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးစခန်းတွင် အခြေခံကျန်းမာရေး စောင့်ရှောက်မှုများကို ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလအတွင်းတွင် ပြုလုပ်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ စခန်းအတွင်းမှ အမျိုးသမီး၊ အမျိုးသား စုစုပေါင်း ၂၅ ယောက်ကျန်းမာရေးစစ်ဆေးမှုလာရောက်ခံယူကြခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် TB နှင့် HIV သံသယရှိလူနာများအား Best shelter(အရိပ်စစ်)အဖွဲ့မှ ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသည့်ဆေးခန်းများနှင့် မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်း AHRN နားခိုရာဆေးခန်းများသို့ ထပ်လောင်းကျန်းမာရေးစစ်ဆေးမှုများနှင့် ကုသမှုများရရှိစေရန် ညွှန်းပို့ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
