Yearly, there is a day to celebrate “Support, Don’t Punish” campaign for the people who use drugs to reduce discrimination and stigmatizing on the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking Day. AHRN and Best Shelter had chances to participate this year with some fun activities, including game activities and health education sessions, at our drop-in-center (DIC) in various project areas, including Kachin State, Shan State, and Sagaing Division, where AHRN and Best Shelter are implementing harm reduction activities. We created an event to raise public awareness and encourage participation in this campaign and delivered different topics such as HIV, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and methadone treatment (MMT) related to harm reduction activities. These events are led by the project managers at each project site. The participants are people who use drugs (PWUD), people who inject drugs (PWID), female sex workers (FSW), and their partners.

မူးယစ်ဆေးသုံးစွဲသူများအပေါ် ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများနှင့် ပြစ်တင်ပြောဆိုမှုများလျှော့ချရန် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးအလွဲသုံးမှုနှင့် တရားမဝင်ရောင်းဝယ်မှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးနေ့ အခမ်းအနားကို နှစ်စဉ်ကျင်းပလေ့ ရှိပါသည်။ AHRN (နားခိုရာ)နှင့် Best Shelter (အရိပ်စစ်) အဖွဲ့တို့၏ စီမံချက်များတည်ရှိရာ ဒေသများဖြစ်ကြသော ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်၊ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းနှင့် ကချင်ပြည်နယ်ဒေသများရှိ နားခိုရာဆေးခန်းများတွင် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးအလွဲသုံးမှုနှင့် တရားမဝင်ရောင်းဝယ်မှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးနေ့ အခမ်းအနားကို ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။အခမ်းအနားကို ကျန်းမာ‌ရေးအသိပညာများမြှင့်တင်စေနိုင်ရန် နှင့် ရပ်ရွာလူထုပါဝင်လာစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ မူးယစ်အန္တရာယ်လျော့ပါး‌ရေးအစီအစဉ်များဖြစ်ကြသော အသိပညာပေးဂိမ်းများကစားခြင်း၊ HIV အသိပညာပေး ကျန်းမာရေးဟောပြောပွဲများ၊ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် မျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာ‌ရေး ပညာပေးဟောပြောပွဲများ၊  မက်သာဒုန်းပညာပေးဟောပြောခြင်းအစီအစဉ်များ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားများကို စီမံချက်ဒေသများရှိ သက်ဆိုင်ရာစီမံချက်မန်နေဂျာများမှ ဦးဆောင်ကျင်းပခဲ့ကြပြီး မူးယစ်ဆေးသုံးစွဲသူများ၊ မူးယစ်ဆေးအကြောတွင်းထိုးသွင်းသုံးစွဲသူများ၊ လိင်အလုပ်သမများနှင့် ၄င်းတို့၏မိသားစုဝင်များတတ်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
